Privacy Policy
This policy explains how EvokeFlux Technology Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the NocGO website, early-access waitlist, and app. For privacy questions or data requests, contact support@nocgo.com.
1. The website and waitlist
When you join, we collect your email address, selected language, optional preferred integration, the privacy-policy version you accepted, the time of your consent, and, when measurement is enabled, the signup page and a broad source category (direct, search engine, this website, or another website). We use these details to manage the waitlist and send NocGO early-access and launch updates based on your consent. Joining is optional and does not create an app account or connect your calendar.
To protect the website from abuse, we and our security service provider process browser and network information, which can include your IP address, and limited information derived from signup details. This information is used for security checks and to limit repeated requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored with your waitlist registration. Security privacy notice.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. We keep first-party daily counts of page views and accepted signup submissions, grouped by page, language, and broad source category, to understand which information is useful. These counts are not unique visitor counts. Our measurement does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers, and does not store full referring URLs, search terms, or URL query parameters. Page-view measurement and signup attribution are disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Security services may use technical browser storage or signals needed to protect the service.
2. Information you choose to use in the app
With your permission, the screenshots or text you select are sent to a third-party AI service (Microsoft) to prepare calendar and reminder drafts. Content may be processed in the United States. Submit only information you are entitled to share and remove unnecessary personal details. AI data processing.
Voice transcription uses on-device speech recognition. We do not upload the audio for recognition. Text resulting from transcription may be sent for cloud recognition if you choose that feature.
The app may keep drafts, history, settings, and temporary recovery content on your device. If you enable screenshot retention, source screenshots can also be stored locally with your drafts. You can turn off screenshot retention or clear history in the app to remove stored source images. Calendar and reminder permissions are requested through the operating system. We use them to provide the functions you request. A generated draft is not permission to write: you review and explicitly confirm before an event or task is added.
Using app services may automatically create a service account, even if you do not enter an email address or password. We process account and device identifiers, app transaction and access information, usage counts, and records of requests, outcomes, and errors. We use this information to provide access, apply usage limits, protect against abuse, recover interrupted requests, and prevent duplicate actions. Data associated with an account or device may still be personal information even when it does not include your name.
If you contact support, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and resolve service or privacy issues. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. Connected Google and Todoist accounts
Connecting a service is optional and uses that service’s authorization flow. We access the account information, calendar or project destinations, and connection credentials needed to show available destinations and carry out your confirmed actions. We send the structured event or task details you confirm to the selected provider; we do not send your original screenshot to Google Calendar or Todoist as part of creating an item.
Account information includes the provider account identifier and email address used to label the connection. Destination information includes calendar or project identifiers, names, and relevant access or default-destination attributes. Confirmed items can include a title, notes, location, date, time, and time zone. We may retrieve an event created by NocGO to determine whether a previous request succeeded and avoid creating it twice; we do not import your calendar history for screenshot recognition.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Access is limited to providing and improving the user-facing integration and the other uses permitted by that policy. We do not use connected calendar data as an unrelated source for screenshot recognition.
4. Data sharing and international processing
We share only information needed to provide the service with providers of hosting, security, account and storage services, AI processing, and customer support. Connected services receive the information described in section 3 and apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on the service providers and support operations. We do not promise that all information stays on your device or in a particular country. Where applicable law requires a specific transfer safeguard, it must be in place for the relevant processing. Contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards that apply to your use of NocGO.
5. Retention
- Website measurement: daily aggregate counts are kept for up to 180 days, with expired totals removed during daily cleanup. Signup attribution follows the waitlist retention period.
- Waitlist: registration records are kept for up to 180 days from signup, unless you request earlier removal. Temporary copies used to manage signups are deleted within seven days; backups may remain for up to 30 days.
- Recognition results: available for recovery for ten minutes in most cases, and at most 24 hours. Expired results are deleted; actual removal may occur later.
- On your device: you can manage drafts, history, and saved screenshots in the app. Temporary content is cleared when processing finishes or you remove the task.
- Service records: connection credentials are retained until disconnection. Account, usage, transaction, action, and security records are kept as needed to operate the service, resolve issues, prevent duplicate actions, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion.
- Processing services: NocGO does not maintain a cloud screenshot archive. Processing services may retain submitted content under their applicable data-processing arrangements; we do not promise immediate deletion of all copies.
6. Your choices and requests
You can withdraw waitlist consent at any time by emailing support from the address you used to sign up. Ask to leave the waitlist or delete your signup. We may need to verify control of the address before acting, and may retain limited information necessary to resolve the request or comply with law.
You can manage local history and screenshot retention in the app, disable cloud recognition, or revoke device permissions in iOS Settings. Clearing local history or uninstalling the app does not itself delete your service account, usage records, or records of actions made through connected services. Contact support to request deletion of associated service data; we may need information that lets us securely identify the relevant records, but will not ask for your password or provider access tokens. Disconnect Google or Todoist in NocGO settings to remove the active connection credentials held by us. You may also revoke authorization in the provider’s account settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete events or tasks already created; manage those in the destination service.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier processing based on consent. Send requests to support@nocgo.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Security, children, and changes
We use encrypted communication, restricted access, and safeguards designed to protect stored information and prevent unauthorized use. No service can guarantee absolute security. This early-access service is intended for adults; please do not submit a child’s personal information to the waitlist. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us for removal.
We may update this policy as the product develops. The page shows its version and effective date. Material changes to the purposes of waitlist communications require appropriate notice and, where necessary, new consent. A policy update does not silently expand your calendar permissions or authorize actions on your behalf.
