Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the NocGO website, early-access waitlist, and early-access app, provided by EvokeFlux Technology Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”). Contact support@nocgo.com with questions. If a later paid offering has additional terms, they will be presented before purchase.
For an app obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement is provided with that app. These terms supplement the applicable app license for our website and associated services; they do not replace it or limit mandatory consumer rights. TestFlight distribution is also subject to Apple’s applicable testing terms.
1. Early access
NocGO is under development. Features, supported integrations, availability, and requirements may change. Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a particular release date, pricing, or continued availability of a test feature. Do not submit someone else’s email without their permission. This early-access service is intended for adults able to enter into these terms under applicable law.
2. Your content and confirmation
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and our necessary service providers to process it for the functions you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the rights or permissions needed to submit the content and use connected accounts.
AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes, including dates, time zones, names, and destinations. Review and correct every draft before confirming. NocGO only creates events or tasks after your explicit confirmation; checking a website signup box does not authorize calendar writes. Do not rely on NocGO as the sole system for critical deadlines, emergency services, or safety-critical decisions.
3. Connected services
Apple, Google, Todoist, and other providers control their own services, permissions, availability, and account terms. You choose whether to connect them and can withdraw access. Google Calendar remains in testing until the necessary review and rollout are complete. We cannot guarantee third-party availability or approval. Disconnecting a service does not remove previously created events or tasks.
4. Acceptable use
Use NocGO lawfully. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, access accounts without permission, abuse the waitlist, bypass security or usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
5. Ownership
NocGO software, design, brand assets, and website content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. These terms permit use of the service as offered; they do not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service, but early-access features may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that drafts will always be accurate or the service uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing your confirmed actions and maintaining other records where needed.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not require you to waive rights that the law makes mandatory.
7. Leaving, changes, and contact
You can leave the waitlist by contacting support from your signup email. You can stop using the app and disconnect integrations at any time. Data handling and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms and will show the effective date; material changes will receive appropriate notice. If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory laws and legal remedies remain available to you.
