Leave the waitlist or delete your signup
Write from the email address you signed up with and ask to “leave the waitlist” or “delete my signup.” We will verify the address and handle your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or authorization tokens.
Disconnect Google or Todoist
Open the integration in NocGO settings and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke authorization in your Google Account’s third-party connections or Todoist’s integration settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing events or tasks; manage them in the destination app.
Recognition or write issues
Include your app version, approximate time, integration, and the error you saw. Start with a description without private details. Do not send full calendars, private screenshots, or access tokens. If you are unsure whether an item was created, check the destination before trying again.
