Feature
Turn a screenshot into reminders you can review.
See how NocGO prepares Apple Reminders drafts from screenshots on iPhone. Add context, check dates, choose a list, and confirm before saving.
A message asking you to send a document is easy to read and easy to forget. NocGO can turn the screenshot you choose into reminder drafts. You check the wording, date, and destination before anything is added to Apple Reminders.
A reminder or a calendar event?
Use a reminder for something to complete, such as sending a form or paying a bill. Use a calendar event for time you plan to spend somewhere, such as a meeting with a start and end time. A screenshot may contain both. NocGO can present calendar and reminder drafts together, so check the type of each item as well as its details.

From screenshot to reminder list
- Choose the content. Select a screenshot in NocGO or capture the current screen using the configured shortcut. In the app, you can select the screenshot area that matters.
- Add missing context. Type a request or use voice transcription, then check the text. For example: “Only keep the form deadline.”
- Submit for recognition. Cloud recognition needs your permission and a network connection.
- Review the drafts. Check the task, due date, time, and reminder list. Edit an item or leave it pending if information is missing.
- Confirm your selection. Only selected items are added. Unselected drafts can stay pending for later.
Allow NocGO to access Apple Reminders when you first save an item.
An example: a form due tomorrow
Suppose a message says, “Please send the signed form tomorrow.” The task is to send the form; the word “tomorrow” depends on when the message was written. If you are looking at an old screenshot, add the actual date rather than relying on today’s date. If you want an alert at a particular time, specify it and check the resulting draft.
After saving, alerts depend on the destination app and its notification settings.
What happens when there are several tasks?
Review the list together, then select the items you want to add. You can edit a draft before confirming. In the shortcut flow, a larger or more detailed result can open the app for a full review.
After saving, check each result. If a save is uncertain, inspect the destination or use recovery before trying to create the item again. A network interruption does not always mean nothing was saved.
Do you need NocGO for every reminder?
No. A simple spoken reminder can be convenient with Siri. NocGO is useful to consider when the source is already a screenshot and you want to inspect the extracted items together. Read the NocGO and Siri comparison for the scope and setup of each workflow.
Availability and privacy
NocGO supports iOS 17 and later; the shortcut’s system card flow requires iOS 26, with an app-based path for older supported systems. Google Calendar and Todoist are in testing.
Screenshots and text you submit for cloud recognition are processed by an external AI service. Voice transcription is on device, but the resulting text can be submitted for cloud recognition. See the privacy policy for details.
