Use case
Keep the final plan from a busy conversation.
Learn how to turn a chat screenshot into calendar and reminder drafts with NocGO, while checking changed times, missing details, and the final agreed plan.
A conversation rarely arrives as a tidy event form. Someone suggests a time, someone changes it, and a task gets added at the end. NocGO can use the screenshot and your instructions to prepare calendar and reminder drafts. You decide whether those drafts match the actual agreement.
Start with a realistic conversation
Example:
“Can we review the design on Tuesday at 2?”
“Make that 3–4 pm, in meeting room 302.”
“Confirmed. Please send the latest mockups before noon.”
There are two possible items: a meeting from 3 to 4 pm and a task to send the mockups before noon. The first proposed meeting time is no longer the plan. “Tuesday” still needs a date; the message may be old, and the screenshot may not include its timestamp.
If a detail is unclear, confirm it or add the missing context before saving.
Capture enough context, then narrow the request
Keep the final confirmation and the information needed to interpret it in the screenshot. Avoid including unrelated private messages. NocGO lets you select a screenshot region in the app.
You can add a request such as, “Use the final agreed meeting time and keep the mockup task.” Type the request or use voice transcription, then inspect the text before submitting the content for cloud recognition.
NocGO processes what you select and submit. It does not connect to your messaging account or continuously read your conversations. A screenshot is a snapshot, not a live subscription to the chat.
Review the meeting and the task separately
| Item | Review before confirming |
|---|---|
| Meeting | The actual Tuesday date, 3–4 pm, time zone, room 302, and the chosen calendar. |
| Mockup task | The actual deadline date, noon, a clear task title, and the chosen reminder list. |
| Superseded suggestion | Do not add a second meeting at 2 pm just because the earlier message mentions it. |
NocGO can present multiple drafts together. Edit any incorrect item, select what you want to add, and confirm. Leave unresolved items pending instead of guessing. See the calendar guide and reminder workflow for more detail.
If the conversation changes again
A new message does not automatically update an item already saved by NocGO. Check your calendar or reminder list and edit the existing item when the plan changes. Before processing another screenshot of the same conversation, check for an existing item to avoid adding the plan twice.
If saving was interrupted, review the result or destination before retrying.
When a simpler method is enough
For one clear appointment, manual entry may be sufficient. For a task you can state in a short sentence, Siri may be convenient. NocGO focuses on a reviewable workflow for the content already on your screen. The Siri comparison also covers Apple’s newer screen-aware capabilities.
Supported apps
NocGO supports Apple Calendar and Reminders. Google Calendar and Todoist are in testing.
